• New, unused, and unwashed items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided proof of purchase is presented.
  
• Products must remain in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

• Please note that items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

• Combined returns are not allowed.

• We will refund all payments except for the shipping and return costs for the canceled order.

• After completing your online return, you'll receive your Return Authorization via email.

• Returns via PostNL: You'll receive a pre-paid returns label via email. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNL point within 5 days of receiving your return label by us.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you when your refund has been processed. This typically takes up to 30 business days from the date your return tracking information indicates delivery.

• Please be aware that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.

• Pre-paid Returns via PostNL incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Each return is assessed individually and ultimately at ELEA's discretion, ensuring items are unworn and unwashed to guarantee the best guest experience. Instances of potential fraud or policy abuse, such as excessive or unjustified returns, may lead to the refusal of future transactions or returns.
