After placing an order, it takes one to two business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to track your package online.
Once your return package is on its way to our warehouse, the return process will begin. After we receive and inspect the return, we will inform you whether it has been accepted or refused. This process may take up to 5 working days from the date your return is delivered. Please note that it can take up to 30 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Kindly email a photo of the damaged item along with your details to help@eleadresses.com, and we will assist you in finding a solution. Please note that damaged items must be returned within 7 days; otherwise, they cannot be returned or refunded.

No customs fees apply when shopping on our website in the European Union. For all other countries, local customs authorities may impose additional charges.
