Orders are processed based on item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and ship within 2-4 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate email notification for each shipment.
If we are legally required to charge and collect taxes on the products we sell, these taxes will be calculated based on the tax laws relevant to the shipping or delivery location of your order. All applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout. The tax amount shown at checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual tax due, depending on different tax rates that apply based on the origin and destination of the items being purchased, as well as other factors.
No customs fees apply when shopping on our website in the European Union. For all other countries, local customs authorities may impose additional charges.
We typically cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
During high volume periods, there is a possibility that your order might be cancelled due to inventory running out. If this happens, all charges will be automatically refunded. We suggest trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold-out item.
To ensure your security, we take extra steps to verify the details of your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.
Orders cannot be modified or updated once they are placed, as processing begins immediately.
If you wish to add another item to your order, please place a new order for that item.
We cannot change shipping addresses. The order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
At Elea, we deliver orders via PostNL, both within the Netherlands and across Europe. PostNL offers reliable and fast deliveries, ensuring your package arrives on time and in good condition.
Within the Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to almost every country around the world. Delivery times vary between 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account on eleadresses.com.
If the carrier’s tracking link shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
We acknowledge that issues with carriers and delays may arise. Occasionally, carriers may erroneously mark a package as "Delivered" while it is still in transit, with delivery typically occurring within the subsequent four business days.
If your order status indicates "Delivered" according to the carrier, yet you haven't received it after four business days and have thoroughly checked the vicinity of your delivery address, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Kindly note that ELEA cannot be held liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you suspect your package was delivered to the wrong address, we suggest initiating a claim directly with the carrier. Presently, we are unable to facilitate reshipments or exchanges; therefore, a new order must be placed using the refunded amount.
Should the carrier's tracking information display no updates or movement for more than five business days, please contact Customer Service for further investigation.
